• The hotel was clean and the room was very clean.
• The beds were horrible, the top of the dresser was more comfortable.

“The hotel was in a good location but the beds were uncomfortable. We did not sleep well because the mattress was so hard that you could not get comfortable.”

• Must check in before 11 PM as the office is closed then.

“The kitchen area was neat and clean with a few supplies to get you started if you are staying several days. They had regular and decaf coffee to start you morning. this hotel had a small laundry basket and a laundry on site.”

• Very nice location. Large room with kitchenette. Plenty of parking.
• Air conditioner was not working properly in the room.

“The air conditioner did not work properly. Very warm in the room. Thank goodness we were able to open the windows to get some air circulating.”

• It had a kitchenette very helpful! They also allow pets.
• I have nothing negative to say.

“It was very comfortable and had a great kitchen supply hence the name extended stay. They even allow pets in the rooms if this is the case and a pet was previously in the room I had, I would have never known it. Everything was very tidy, orderly and clean.”

• It had a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen supplies.
• They told us we would have two double beds and we did not. It was one single bed.

“When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we had to ring the bell to get in. We requested two double beds and when we got there it was only one double bed. Because of the lateness of the hour, we did not complain.”

• What I like about the hotel is the kitchen.
• I believe this hotel could have been much cleaner.

“I believe this hotel would suit a business traveler provided that traveler is in a field where he/she only requires a bed and some where to shower daily there isn't anything else other than the kitchen where you would have any comfort and convenience.”

• Very little.
• Upon arrival, room was not cleaned yet. My new room had no shower curtain.

“Upon arrival, my room was not clean yet. I was then given a new room. When I woke up the next morning, I went to take a shower. However, there was no shower curtain. Therefore, I put some towels on the floor and took a shower anyway. It was a nightmare. The hotel staff just managed to tell me oops both times I confronted them about these situations. I've stayed in a lot of hotels. This was one of my least favorites.”

• Person at desk was friendly.
• No disposable glasses; no hair dryer, night light, luggage rack.

“Was ok. Lacked minor comforts. Staff friendly. Beds ok. Disliked paying extra for 2 beds! Were unable to find HBO channel on TV (but HBO list was in the room).”

• It was close to the highway.
• Marginal comfort, cheap quality. I found hair which did not match mine on the shower wall. Pillows were thin/uncomfortable. TV remote worked poorly.

“Stay here only if you really, really need a place to sleep. Simply the least pleasant hotel I have stayed at in the past several years. I would give it half a star at best.”

• I loved the fact that it had a kitchen and regular size frig.
• I have not negative comments.

“This hotel is excellent - you saved $ on having to eat meals out. However, if you wished to dine elsewhere, you were close to many restaurants. I liked the fact that it was close to the interstate as well and the late check in was very helpful.”

• The gal at the desk was so helpful and sweet.
• I was very satisfied it was quiet and the staff was kind.

“The desk clerk, was so gracious, while we went to have supper at a local restaurant, she had it straightened out before we were seated. She also upgraded our room.”
