• Location. Dcor. Pool/hot tub. Breakfast.
• There was quite a bit of noise from the tollway.

“This hotel must have just been updated. The decor was most appealing with a great arrangement. We had a quiet night after a day of moving my Mom into her new place. The pool and hot tub were a welcome respite. Breakfast, hot and cold items, were more than adequate and the area to enjoy it was more than required. The location was ideal also.”

• The beds were outstanding! Very comfortable and deserve a 10!
• The bathroom was small and out of date. Needs updating and could have been a little cleaner.

• I liked the humor of the front desk attendant and his helpfulness, too.
• I'm not sure if this is classified as about the hotel but my address was listed wrongly as 800 Connecticut aver in Norwalk, ct 06854.

“When I arrived--late around 10:30 p.m. The young man at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. He offered any help needed to make our stay enjoyable--which it was. He was efficient and quick. It didn't take long to get checked in and down to our room. The breakfast was delicious and very warm. I would stay here again when I am in Rockford, Illinois.”

• I paid less than the posted room rate!
• Nothing it was good.

“Rooms were clean. Free breakfast was good. Easy to find. Easy to check in and out.”

• New comfortable beds.
• No coffee at the time I went down for breakfast.

“Nice, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Very satisfied. I've had worse rooms at a higher cost.”

“The hotel was nice, but the people behind the counter couldn't get their act together in regards to straightening out my reservation and the cost.”

“Upon checking in I was informed by the front desk person that I could only have a smoking room. She stated that at the price I was paying, only smoking rooms were available. That later turned out to be false. My allergies then suffered all night.”

“I got in late and was very tired. The clerk at the desk was a bit surly, and put me in a smoking room without asking my preference (I'm a non-smoker). It would have made a big difference if she had just asked.On a positive note, the wireless high-speed internet access is a real plus!”
