• The value for the price was very good
• Not quality items in the room, things fell apart/didnt work

“Good for the cheap price. Interstate 39/90 is pretty noisy but we slept fine through the noise.”

• Good location, Nice staff. Clean room.
• Perfumy and noisy. I got a headache.

“This clean motel is in close proximity to I39 and can be very noisy. Their cleaning products gave both my wife and myself a headache. The continental breakfast was very good and included. The long and short of it is 1 1/2 stars, and a great bargain for what I paid.”

• Counter Staff at Hotel not real friendly

“Based on the hotel rating most everything was what I expected. Cleanliness of room was satisfactory. Room doors opened to outside which I did not like. Staff at checkin counter were not very professional. Overall I was satisfied based on the price paid.”

• The morning staff had the breakfast set up early and gave us excellent directions to the airport.
• It was not as close to the airport as we had hoped and was a little confusing to drive to.

“I wasn't sure what to expect for 2 stars, so I was relieved when it was a Fairfield Inn. Our room was clean, which was our main concern. The evening staff could not give us directions to the airport, but the morning staff could. Since we had to leave very early for the airport, it was nice to have the breakfast available even earlier than advertised. The location was not as convenient for the airport as we had hoped. Overall, a more than adequate night.”

• Nothing negative about this motel experience.

“The experience was excellent. I arrived in the middle of the night and the service was just as expected. I was on the ground level so I didn't have to carry alot of baggage to an upper level. Room was located close to the vending/ice machines and the lobby so everything was very convenient.”

• It was in a great area for shopping and close to the tollway, too close, very loud.
• The hotel was one of the only ones in the area without an indoor pool which was the reason we wanted to go.

“The hotel was basic and suited most of our needs. It was in a good area for shopping and reasturants but was more for an on the go traveler, not a family. There was no indoor pool so our 4 year old could not swim. We also felt that it was too close the the tollway so there was a lot of traffic noise, all night long. I would not stay there again.”

• It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
• It was a little hard to find and access since it was off the main road

“I was very happy with my stay at the Fairfield Inn. It was very clean and quiet and the checkin was fast and easy. I would recomment it to others.”

• There was an elevator
• There was ice allover and no salting was done.

“The palce was rundown. The breakfast was stale. Lots of noise after midnight and the toilet ran and no would fix it. The remote on the TV kept falling apart and the Tv would automatically switch channels every 10 minutes. Not a godd experience.”

• 24 hour coffee! We work strange hours!
• Key cards often malfunctioned. We replaced 4 times in 1 week.

“Good location, pleasant staff. Coffee available 24 hours-great for working all hours! Will stay there again if in the area.”

• Going upstairs and then outside again then back inside to get to my room.
