• The room was very comforotable and clean.
  
• Cont, breakfast was not what we expected.

“First of all, the directions that they gave me took me on a game of hide and seek trying to find the right street for the motel. When we got in the place it smelled terrible. When we got up to the room, I turned on the air conditioning only to have the outside panel of the unit completely fall off. We went to turn the lights on and only two of the six lights worked. There was also the towels they had that looked like they had stains on them. The worst part happened when I was woke up at 6 am to a soaking wet bed. It had rained all night long and the roof was leaking in. The man at the front desk had the audacity to ask me if I wanted another room. Of course I wanted another room. By the time that we finally got the new room (later that night and evening shift knew nothing of the room switch) the bedding and pillows were saturated with the scent of perspiration and body odor. If you have the option of staying somewhere else, I would take it.”

• No hassles.
• Outdated furnishings, worn carpets, shabby appearance, old plumbing.

“Well, you get what you pay for. If you just need a cheap place to crash for the night, then this hotel adequately serves that purpose. If you want anything more than that, find another hotel. The room and public spaces were moderately clean, but everything was old and worn. The hotel is desperately in need of a renovation. "Shabby" is a good general word to describe the hotel. I've slept in worse places, but this was certainly on the low end of what I consider acceptable accommodations. Only pluses were no problems or hassles, and they delivered on everything that was promised.”

• They had soft water.
• Beds very poor quality and uncomfortable, linens were paper thin.

“I was very disappointed in this Super 8. The rooms are very shabby and the carpet was much worn. The carpet was all wet around the refrigerator. When I told the manager he said it was wet because they had just defrosted it couple of days ago. So I guess the water just goes on the floor. When I went to shower the manager told me I had to wait 10-15minutes before the water would be hot again. That was unreal. The first night the toilet would not quit running after it was flushed. So my husband had to get up several times that night to work on the toilet. Finally got it fixed. Overall it was a very disappointing weekend.”

• Great Location, Great Price.
• Received a wheel chair room.

“Received wheel chair room, which meant toilet, was uncomfortably high, and had bars attached to the toilet seat. Also house keeping still entered room despite hanging the Do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise, room was a good value and had a good location.”

“I would not recommend this super 8. I have stayed in some nicer quality super 8 and I was disappointed this one was so run down.”

• The room was very spacious.
• I could have gotten a better price directly through the hotel & heat vents need cleaning.

“The owner actually checked me in and he was very hospitable. The staff greeted me on my way to my room. The room was spacious and very comfortable.”

“This hotel was a disappointment. The security cameras were pointing at the walls. The outside door that you would need a key to open would not close. The bed was falling apart. Overall, it was a terrible hotel and I personally will never use this hotel or chain of hotels ever again.”

• Had to go to the front lobby on the first floor to get ice, we were on second floor.

• Continental breakfast, refrigerator in room.
• Unexpected charges for something not needed, but in every room.

“Was okay. Did not expect safe in room or extra charges for phone, but had to pay those, no exceptions amount was not much, but had no choice. Did not want extras we were to pay for and did not know about them until we checked in. Was not in information about the hotel.”

• It was convenient to the convention location.
• It was rather expensive for what we got and a little run down.

“We were put in a smoking room at first and they gladly switched us. Rooms were rather dark and run down. Our screen in our room was broke. Beds were comfortable but place needs to be updated.”

• Decorating was old, room did not feel clean.

“I would not stay at this hotel again, unless it was for a short period of time like my previous stay. The room did not feel clean, there was soap stains in the shower from previous occupants. Sheets on under bed were torn. Carpet felt grimy on your feet, bathroom floor felt dirty. Since I was only there for 1 night, and not in the room that long, I didn't say anything but for extended stays I would not visit there again. Sunday also should have a later check out time option.”

• The breakfast bar was pretty sad.

“Convenient near most of the places I want to go, and clean and cheap. Some time I like to go in hot tub/pool area but there is none at this hotel, but that's ok. ”

• It was cheap and accessible from the Interstate.

“Hotel was fine. The woman at the front desk would not let me stay unless she charged my credit card. Despite my pleas, I was charged twice and now I am left to sort the mess out myself. This is the antithesis of convenience.”

“Overall good experience, however due to our work we wanted orange juice before we left at 5:45 am. Clerk said he could not turn it on before 6am! Maybe because he was sleeping on the couch!”
