Everyone was friendly and the food was good.
They charged me for the room too and they still have not taken off the charges. Small pool.

“We enjoyed our stay but I have not enjoyed fighting to get the charges off my bill.”

Wonderful breakfast buffet is included with the hotel stay, Very clean hotel, and Helpful staff.
I had a problem trying to check in verifying my credit card. Tried two different cards and still the clerk had problems.

“Very nice hotel. Large clean rooms with a kitchenette and separate bed room. The hotel was quiet for a Saturday night. the pool is somewhat small, but has a larger hot tub than normal. There was a small outdoor basketball/tennis court which was very nice. Also they are barbeque grills out side on a patio for your use if you'd like to use them. Overall this is a great hotel to stay at.”

Hot breakfast is complimentary; very quiet and clean.
Only a few complimentary newspapers were available at 7am.

“Convenient for travelers to/from Chicago to WI, IA. It was clean, quiet and easy to find.”
