• None. It was bad experience all around.
• It was a terrible stay.

“If I described my hotel stay at extended stay America Bloomington - normal as horrible, I wouldn't be fair, it was a bad experience all around that I would never like to go through again. I checked in to the hotel around 3 p.m. on Saturday, I walk unto the front desk, waited for five minutes before the person behind the counter counting money acknowledged me without even standing up to attend my needs, she said what can I do for you, I said I am checking in, she walks to the front desk so slow, gets on the computer, then she curses upset at the first shift for changing the rooms around for her to be able to locate the clean room to check me in, she starts swearing upset, calls someone to explain the problem upset. After 15 minutes of waiting she find me a room, I check into the room that has a big no smoking sign but the room had a strong odor of cigarettes, when I get in bed I removed the top sheets only to find it dirty at various places.”
