• Location and bed.
• "Free" breakfast was a donut. Ran out of everything.

“Comfortable, yet lousy customer service. Would only stay there again if I get a good deal on the price of a room. If I had paid full price I would be steaming mad. The desk clerk ran the operation, but not well.”

• Was accidentally charged for my room directly at the hotel.

“Overall it was a great hotel! Wonderfully spacious, clean room. Good size pool for a hotel that size, and free wifi. Overall a well kept property.”

• Location was perfect for what we needed it for.
• Rude staff, dirty, pool dirty.

“The hotel staff was very rude. I don't expect too much from people but a little kindness and a welcoming attitude would have been NICE! It wasn't the dirtiest of hotels I've seen but you could see a layer of DUST along the sides of the carpet and in the bathrooms. The plumbing was horrible, the bathrooms by the pool were clogged and nobody seemed to care! The pool area was dirty and not looked after. The continental breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 AM, but they started closing this down at 9 AM, even with ppl coming in to eat. This hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed to do over the weekend, so the location was why we chose this hotel, but next time we'll definitely find a friendlier place.”

• Easy to find and nice rooms.
• Keycards did not always work on outside doors.

“This hotel was right off the freeway; easy to find. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice and nicely sized. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I booked this room for 2 adults. When we arrived, we were given a king room w/one bed but we needed 2 beds. Usually there is no issue with changing rooms upon check in, if there are rooms available. This motel, however charged me $10 for a room change! I realize it is at the motel's discretion about additional charges but it was totally unexpected and the attitude of the desk clerk and manager about it was unacceptable. This motel is located in the middle of no where in a corn field and I ended up paying $69 for a barely a 2 star room!”
