• A clean room with a friendly staff in a good location for a reasonable price.
• Access from the street of address can be a little tricky.

“A good place to stay at a reasonable cost for the metro area if you are not looking for a lot of extras that most people will not need or use.”

• Large room with King size bed. Very comfortable and easy to get to.

“The attendent was very friendly, the room was excellent with comfortable king size bed. THe bathroom was roomy. I was not able to take advantage of the refigerator or micowave.”

• The room was very well decorated.
• Stairs and hallways falling apart. Ice machine-only one in the other building.

“The outside of the hotel was falling apart. Only one ice machine that you had to trek across the parking lot to use.”

• It was a very convenient to my daughter's college and on a main area of the city.
• I was charged the wrong fee.

“The hotel was clean and newly remodeled. It was quiet and the accommodations were good. The staff was helpful and corrected a billing question for me. I will return there if I am in the area.”

• The free coffee was very good. I liked that the toilet/shower area was separate from the sink area. It was newly painted, new fixtures, etc.
• There was a hair on the bed and a hair in the tub. Yuck!

“My husband and I just needed a clean place to sleep following a seminar on Friday night and before the continuation of the seminar on Saturday morning. Red Roof Inn in Rockford was close to restaurants and close to the highway. It was a comfortable night and we had everything we needed.”
