• Good check in/out times.
• Very dirty - not kid safe - so much for non smoking areas.

“Someone told me this was a great hotel so we tried it. I was extremely disappointed our room was dirty we had a fridge and microwave and coffee pot in our room all of which were not cleaned. I reported it to the front desk. Our window (screen) was broken and pushed out not safe for kids and being on the fourth floor. I immediately pulled down all my blankets to make sure they were clean after seeing the rest of the room huge dust balls think they forgot to vacuum or something. The pool was also extremely disappointing it smelled badly and for being no smoking pool there were ashes on the floor around the pool and hot tub. My son threw a ball in the pool area and hit the ceiling/pipes above, rust and what appeared to be mold fell directly into the pool. Around the pool there are drains for the overflow of water some were broken and cracked which in return my son cut his foot walking. I do not think this place is little kid safe. The staff was very nice and helpful but it doesn't make up for the rest of the hotel. I would be embarrassed If I told someone to stay there.”

• I stay here often and like the atmosphere. The rooms are generally decent and they have an awesome breakfast.
• Unfortunately, this time my room wasn't so clean but the front desk staff was generous with compensation.

“Baymont is a nice place to stay while visiting in Janesville. The hours of check-in and check-out are better than most. Friendly, responsive staff. Great pool hours. Wonderful continental morning meal. Great way to get guests up and moving. I stay here frequently and have always been happy with the service. Rooms could use some updating but still not bad for the price.”

• The continental breakfast that was available in the early morning.
• The hall smelled of stale cigarette smoke; just didn't feel real clean.

“We got in late and left early so didn't have interaction with staff or really any use of the hotel other than the room and continental breakfast.”

• It is close to Denny's restaurant.
• It is old and needs major updating.

“I think that the hotel staff tries their best with what they have to work with. This is an older hotel and needs at the least, some major updating.”
