• I had the only room with a fridge and microwave out of the group that went with us.
• Ice machine broke down.

• Room was clean, but smelled of smoke.
• Smoke smell, general appearance poor.

• $20 discount for my complaints.
• Dirty carpet, broken ice machine, rude staff.

“With the exception of the day clerk who gave me a $20 adjustment on my bill... the room we were assigned and the room we were offered as a transfer were equally filthy, no ice bucket, ice machine broken, the restaurant still had Mother's Day prices on it's menu, the Pub was a visit to "Deliverance", and I had to sign a hold, harmless form before receiving my room key! If this hadn't been pre-paid, we would not have stayed.”
