• The room was large - window opened - heat was controllable and bed comfortable.
• Children running down the halls late at night and early in morning, disruptive.

“Generally, it is easy to get to, but difficult to exit. The staff was efficient but not cordial. I was pleased with the size of the room and the fact that the windows opened. The bed was comfortable, but 3 pillows is not enough for 2 people. It would have been nice if decent shampoo and conditioner were provided. What they had was rather cheap and tacky. Not enough towels. Generally, the stay was pleasant.”

• Friendly help from the staff, the restaurant was awesome, conveniently located!
• The beds were not comfortable.

“This hotel was very pleasant to stay at. The pool was very nice and relaxing, the room was spacious. The staff were above and beyond helpful. I will stay there again. I have family in Beloit, so we found this hotel very convenient. The last time I was to Beloit I stayed in a hotel in town there and I was not impressed. But I was very impressed by the hotel.”

• Friendly and helpful.
• The musty smell and the lumpy bedding- the sheets and pad weren't a good fit.

“Nice location, easy to get to. The back lot and entrance hopefully will improve after construction in the back is completed. Nice that they have rooms for pets as well. The room was nicely cooled, on arrival. minus the musty smell and the lumpy bedding it was great.”

• It has a nice pool and rec area.
• Workers were rude and you will not get the free breakfast as advertised.

“You will not have a romantic time or get to sleep early. Rooms surround the pool area and they the place was not quiet until 10:30. The staff was rude and they do not have free breakfast as advertised. We went to the Cracker Barrel across the street. The location did seem like a safe part of town.”
