• Bedding.
• Hallway smelled smoky in non smoking section.

“It seems we were upgraded without asking to the executive wing, refrigerator and microwave. Bedding great. Quite room.”

• Activities for the kids were nice. The pool and the games entertained them as hoped when picking this hotel.
• I had spent more money for pool side and got a room that was close to the pool but not pool side. I felt miss led and glad it was only $10 more.

“The stay was for only one night and wouldn't want to stay any longer. The room was a bit on the small side from the description. It listed a king size bed with a pull out sofa/bed. We had to move the bed in order to use the sofa/bed. The Sunday brunch was too much for too little. The service staff was good and took care of any request.”

• Pool and recreation area.
• No elevator and air conditioning not working.

“This busy hotel had a great pool area. The staff was friendly. However the air in our room did not work. We called the front desk and a maintenance man claimed he fixed it. He told us if we weren't satisfied we could use a box fan to cool off. Also no elevator in the entire place. We were forced to drag heavy luggage up to second floor on stairway.”

• The shower was hot.
• Room smelled like smoke¿

“They gave me a smoking room. When I called to ask whether or not the room was smoking, she lied and said it wasn't. Then she gave me another room, to her credit. The a/c was loud, the door lock didn't work, and the beds were hard. ”

• There was a pool.
• The whole experience was incontinence, I did not get the type of room I wanted, and staff was rude and not helpful.

“I will never stay here again. There was a mix up with the rooms and they blamed me for it. I had stated that I needed 2 adjoining rooms with 2 double beds, she said the best she could do would be 1 room with 2 d beds and 1 king. I get there and the single had a double and I was told that not all requests could be honored.”

• Close to expressway.
• Sent to wrong room, then downsized room to single bed for 4 adults.

“Was disappointed with room accommodations Sent to second floor room, found other people already were in this room. Hotel gave us a different room, not one that I had reserved. They gave us a single double bed for 4 adults and then gave us a cot. They had no other rooms available. So, 2 adults slept on the bed, 1 adult on the cot and the other adult slept in a chair. Very, very disappointed.”

• The pool was nice.
• The games were not on or dead, the deadbolt did not work properly, the waitress was in general not good.

“The evening front desk staff was great. I got the feeling the morning staff did not listen to the problems with the door lock at all. The pool and view of the pool from the restaurant were great. The beds were comfortable, the shower adequate, the room was spacious. None of the good things though can outweigh not feeling safe because neither of the locks on the door worked properly. Please fix this.”

• Location.
• Pool area including pool water were cold hot tub not hot.

“I will never return to this hotel. We went as a little getaway for my 6 year old son and the pool area including the pool water were too cold to enjoy ourselves and the hotel did nothing in my estimation to correct the problem. Parents were sitting around the pool fully clothed with towels around themselves trying to stay warm.”

• Excellent detailing of the room. Not brand new, but well maintained.
• Constant drone of too-noisy air handler on the roof outside my room.

“Room and lobby area were excellent, pools appeared clean and well-maintained, but other common areas are clearly showing signs of age and need refurbishing.”
