• It accommodated our family of six very comfortably and affordable.
• The sofa pullout was not very comfortable.

“This was a very attractive, affordable, clean hotel that provided a comfortable, spacious room for our family of six. We would definitely go back if warranted.”

• A great place for weary travelers to relax and repair their lives.

“My family stayed at Hawthorn after the hurricane last year. This hotel and the staff made us feel welcome. We had to stay several weeks until we could move into our new house. It was nice having a washer and dryer available near our hotel suite. The hotel was the next best thing to being at home. Our suite had a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans. The cooking area was large enough to make a family dinner. We were on a limited budget and that helped. We plan to stop there on our way north to visit family this winter just to say hello to the staff that made us feel at home. We will definitely spend a night at Hawthorn on our way to and from our destination. Thumbs up for Hawthorn Suites!”

• The hotel was clean and the staff made us feel at home.
• There is nothing negative about the hotel

“Hawthorn Suites is the cleanest hotel my family has ever visited. The staff went out of their was to make us welcome and to provide us with local information. It was a rainy weekend and the kids were bored so we visited the Children's Museum recommended by the front desk. The lobby was beautiful. They have a hot breakfast buffet that is better than most restaurants. The kids loved swimming in the pool the night we arrived. Our two room suite was perfect because the kids had the living room to watch a movie and we had another TV in our bedroom so there was no battle of the remote! Great choice for traveling families. We will go back soon!”

“This is our second stay here. Thought it was very good last year, that is why we wanted to stay there again We were not disappointed. Very nice breakfast again clean and well kept.”

• The rooms were spacious. Everything looked clean.
• The bedding looked worn and we found condoms that were left in the room from a previous guest.

“Besides the fact that we found a few condoms in the room probably left by a previous guest, the hotel was rather nice. As far as quality, the hotel was the nicest looking one in the area. The hot breakfast was better than what you receive at other hotels and the staff was very helpful.”
