The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The carpet needs to be cleaned and/or vacuum better in my room.

“I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I carpet in my room could have been vacuumed better or better yet cleaned. But then that's what slippers are for. I enjoyed my stay.”

I liked the pool, it was a nice way to spend afternoon with my son. The breakfast was also nice.
The doors to rooms and halls closed loudly. Was awakened several times by doors closing.

“This hotel was convenient and met my needs. Next time I need to stay in Antigo I will stay at this hotel.”

Even at midnight, the desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Very helpful.
Children running thru the hall in the early hours of morning!

“It was fine for what I needed. Close to the event I was attending and located near a shopping center. The front desk seemed to be confused about "the nature of my trip", whether business or pleasure. ”

Aimee at the reception desk was kind.
The manager saying to us that the room screw up was not her problem, so we had to move rooms.

“The hotel is nice, the management is the worst I have ever seen. Tammy should not be in the position she is in, no customer service, no kindness and certainly no repot with her staff.”
