• I loved the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.
• It was hard to find the street that the hotel was located when we first arrived this could have been because we arrived during the night.

“This hotel was very clean and had a wonderful interior design. The hotel staff was very friendly even going out their way to help me find a restaurant in Carbondale, IL. The rooms were very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend others to stay that this hotel.”

• I like the atmosphere of the Hampton, the beds were very comfortable.
• I didn't like the fact that there was a stain in the bath tub that I couldn't get ride of.

“Overall, I enjoy staying at the Hampton inn in Carbondale. I have a son at suit and whenever I go to visit him, I try my best to book the Hampton inn because I know that it will be a pleasant experience!”
