• It was easy to find and had our basic needs.
• It had a very run down appearance.

• They canceled out the room, after we found lots of spiders in the bathroom.
• The place was dirty, the pool was horrible and the floors turned your socks brown.

• Location was convenient to the university.
• The hotel pool was not in operation, but there was no reduction in the room rate.

“One reason we chose this hotel was because it had a pool and the pool was closed. We were very disappointed and we should have has a rate reduction for the lack of a pool. Also, there was a cockroach in our bathroom when we got up in the morning. The continental breakfast was nice.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• They did not have an iron.

“If you need somewhere to sleep and are not looking for anything more, this is your place. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Only recommended for a night or more if all you need to do is sleep and shower.”

• My kids liked the pool.
• It was way too cold and I did not sleep well on that account.

• This was the worst hotel I have ever come across.

“This hotel was a nightmare I fact I did not stay there. because there was looked like bad company next door, and cock roaches crawling across the floor. When I pulled into the parking lot it looked like a dump plus there was a female walking up and down the street what appeared like she was waiting for a customer. I had charged this place on my charge card and thank god the man on duty understood why I was so shook up he assured me there would be no charge. Next time I'll wait until I get to my destination before I choose where I lay my head down at night.”

• It was close & nice coffee and rolls.
• There was mold on the shower curtains and ants in tub.

“The room had a musty smell. The mattress was old and worn-out. First room mold and had termites. The help was friendly, well mannered and gave us another room.”
