• Staff was very friendly and helpful during the storm also.
• Did not like the location. Seemed too far away from restaurants and town.

• Microwave, refrigerator, iron & ironing board. Other amenities.
• Strong smell of smoke in nonsmoking room and in hallways. Large ashtray outside entryway nearest our room.

“A nonsmoking room was not available on Oct 13. Our stay in the area was from 10/9 to 10/15. Necessary for us to move 10 miles away from families we were visiting. Have allergy to smoke, smoke smell was very bad.”

• I liked the fact that they were able to move me to a different room that best suited my needs and it was pretty easy to find.
• It was more for business traveler needs since it was directly in the middle of an industrial/business district. There wasn't any place to eat nearby.

“I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and neat. The room had a microwave and a mini refrigerator/freezer. I also liked the fact that there was pool, whirlpool, and exercise room available especially since my son was with as that was his highlight on this trip. The continental breakfast was basic, but good. The stay was quiet as there weren't any rude guests staying near me. I would totally stay there again and would recommend it to others.”

• It was pleasant, clean and it has a pool.
• The noise level of all the doors closing late at night.

• The staff was friendly, and the pool area was nice.
• The free continental breakfast was not well stocked.

“The hotel room was clean and acceptable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast, however, was poorly stocked.”

• Some rooms had refrigerators and microwaves. The pool was well maintained and clean. There were pool towels.
• Adequate continental breakfast.

“We were very happy with our stay at AmeriHost in Sun Prairie. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Everything in our room worked well and was clean. The pool, hot tub, and outside area were all attractive and utilized by guests.”

• The main thing we look for is cleanliness. We found this hotel to be very clean and we appreciate an in-room coffeepot.
• Think they need to replace pillows. Might as well as not had any, they were so flat.

“This was our second stay in this hotel. Overall quality and price excellent. Good location.”
