• Very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, staff is very friendly!

“This hotel is a great place to stay. Not far from the UW-Madison campus. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds. We continue to go back we like it so much!”

• The reception was wonderful, happy hour was great and excellent workout facilities.

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. Comfortable bedding, new exercise equipments and very friendly staff. Parking was easily available directly in front of the hotel, and there are complementary shuttles to chauffeur you between the hotel and downtown.”

• Quiet comfortable room, courteous staff, no hassles.
• Some craftsmanship and aesthetic issues.

“The double beds were comfortable and large enough to sleep two and the TV was very nice. The one oddity was that the decor of the hallways and some of the craftsmanship in the room (a few corners of the bathroom and most of the ceiling corners were filled with caulk, bathroom itself looked older than the rest of the room) gave the feel that the Sheraton bought an older hotel and just fixed up the rooms and the main public areas and left the hallways and some of the room details out.”

“This is a really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and there are free shuttles to downtown and the airport.”

• Room was clean, large, and comfortable.
• Our room was right next to the door that exited the corridor.

“Large comfortable clean rooms w hi def TV in good neighborhood with free parking. OK Onsite restaurant. Free WiFi in the lobby. They give bonus cards if you let them skip cleaning the room; worth $5 redeemable only at the hotel.”

• Lovely rooms, clean hotel, and nice pool.

“Very nice hotel located across from convention center. Beautifully decorated lobby and rooms. Nice pool. Downside was that the bedding, although beautiful and white, was too crisp (perhaps from excess bleach) and therefore uncomfortable and noisy.”

“I have stayed here many times. It has always been excellent. This time it looked like the maid was interrupted during the cleaning of the bathroom. The toilet was dirty (!) and there were no towels.”

• Very helpful staff, great lounge areas, nice rooms, and clean.

“We stayed here for the Wisconsin Iron man. Staff was very accommodating (opened coffee bar an hour early), could walk to shuttle bus, they came and picked us up after the race in the hotel van, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful - surpassed our expectations. Lobby areas very inviting with computers/ Internet/ TVs for guests.”

• The breakfast buffet food was utterly tasteless and I am not a picky eater.

• The free shuttle provided to and fro to any place in the hotel is excellent although not always available
• The faraway location and inaccessibility of the hotel in general

“This is a premier hotel for sure. The room is big, service up to standard and everything is clean. There is even free internet service at the lobby although not in the room. I am delighted with the shuttle service which readily extend its service even after I had checked out of the hotel for one more time. It is, however, quite troublesome in having no means of transportation when the shuttle bus is fully booked for the day especially since the public bus service going to hotel do not operate pass 7PM”
