• Location is great, right downtown. Valet parking.
• The room I stayed in had a very small bathroom.

• Pretty view of the capitol, walking distance to cafes and shops.
• Dirty, dingy, smelly, poor service, not a nice place.

“Terrible-what a shock! We came here for a conference and were so surprised that this is one of the hotels they chose (not even near the conference). The lobby, elevator, etc. Were dirty with trash on the ground. The rooms are dark and dingy-the bathroom and pullout sofa were filthy. The local hotels have this game going on where they insist their beds are "queen-sized when they are clearly the standard 'double' sized hotel beds. I hit my elbow on the nightstand and bruised it in the middles of the night. Buses began at 6 am outside our door. The view was pretty of the capitol building. I heard the hotel was run by students (is this part of a hospitality program?). There is no wireless, so you are stuck at the outer desk w/your laptop by a dirty old cable. Well, we started looking for another place immediately that night. We stayed overnight because we were tired from driving. Normally I check everything out, but the second try did it, and so I though the hotel would be fine. I am now looking for something better. Wish me luck!”

• I liked the location to State Street, but was not fond of the homeless people in the area.
• too small, not clean, no window to open, remodeling with drill and hammer at 6:45am.

“I was extremely disappointed with the room. I am claustrophobic and had a hard time getting over the fact that there was no window to open. The only way I could make it was to turn the air on very cool. I have never seen a bathtub that small and if I had to take a bath, I'm not sure I could have. The coffee pot had not been cleaned from the guest that were previously there. The convenience of its location did not make up for the room. I am extremely disappointed.”
