• I like the rooms, which was very clean.
• In the room I stay in the air condition wasn't working well.

“I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. This is my second visit to Holly Spring. I stay at the Days Inn next to Le Brooks Inn. The Days Inn room was very nasty; the customer service was very nasty. This year I stay at Le Brooks Inn, which was very nice and clean the customer service was very good. I told all of my friends about my stay at Le Brooks Inn. This hotel had clean towels and sheets. I hope next year would be ever betters. Thank You.”

• Very comfortable beds and very quiet, with good refrigerator and good breakfast.
• AC was not cold. Wasn't broken, just unable to make cooler according to staff.

“Great for easy access from Hwy 78/future I-22 corridor. Great price, safe, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean, very comfortable beds, very quiet, but the AC was not cold enough. Staff did politely oblige my request for a different room when I asked, but its AC was not any better. It was not broken; it did cool, but was not adequately set to deal with summertime/August weather in the deep south. It was cooler in the hall than in my room. I would stay here again, but probably not in summer.”
