• Breakfast was set up earlier than expected.
• WiFi connection was very weak and hard to maintain.

“Very easy to find and get into/out of. Breakfast was light though not for the health conscious. WIFI connection was very weak in front of hotel, 3rd floor-probably farthest from access point. All internal access to rooms; no external stairs or room doors. 3 floors, no elevator that I saw.”

• I called to change the date because one of our party was sick. They refused to change the date, this wasn't a cancellation. It was a change of date.
• Garrett refused to change the date to February 2.

“The people were very uncooperative. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if my life depended on it.”

• I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel.
• Everything was bad about this place.

“This hotel was an absolute dump! I cannot believe that it is even a 1 star hotel. This place made La Quinta and Comfort Inn seem like a 4 star hotel. First off, the room just smelled like dust. The floor was basically cement with carpet on top. The bed was not comfortable bad TV, loud A/C unit. I can go on and on. Next time I would rather sleep in my car!”

• Rooms smelled horrible.

“My husband and I stayed there because it was cheap. The rooms smelled horrible, we had to go and get air fresheners because it was so rank. As far as location it was located on biz.51 so it was pretty easy to find.”

• Hotel was very basic but clean and staff was very friendly.
• breakfast was poor, very limited selection.

“This hotel was very basic, but served the purpose of a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of hotel was nice, as it was close to restaurants, and attractions. This a three story hotel, but has no elevator. The breakfast could use some improvements. I went down at 8:00am and there was just a couple of donuts left. The orange juice was not that good. Overall if I just wanted a place to sleep I would stay here again.”

• It was a family run business and the receptionists were very friendly.
• The room we were originally assigned had not been cleaned.

• Hotel Staff was friendly.
• My hotel room had a bad order because it was a smoking room. I wasn't happy about that at all.

“Hotel doesn't have an elevator which made it hard to get baggage upstairs. The security lock on the back side of the building was broken and left myself with a unsafe feeling during my stay. Continental breakfast was juice if the machine was working, coffee, donuts and apples. The smoking room that I stayed in (which I didn't want) had a nauseas smell which made my stay kind of miserable. ”

• The people were excellent. The hotel was clean.
• That I could only stay 2 nights because I had to get back to work.

“This would be an excellent place to stay no matter what your reason. The people were very friendly, the hotel was clean, the rooms are a very nice size, the water was hot, and we had a great time.”

• Very clean, excellent staff and great value.
• An elevator would be nice.

“Great value, clean room and excellent staff. This would be a much higher rated facility if they had a pool and elevator. Stores and restaurants are nearby.”

• It was clean, and we got what we paid for.
• We were on the third floor with a toddler, it is hard to climb up the stairs with children and gear. No elevator.

“Not the best part of town, but it was clean and quiet. If I would have known there was no elevator, I would have requested the crib in a first floor room.”
