• The vintage 1920's architecture and atmosphere.
• Room service restaurant closed 2-1/2 hours early, so I had to find dinner at another location.

“The location is perfect easy to locate and in central downtown Peoria. Parking is attached to hotel. Some aspects of the building have become a bit shabby & run-down, but the $12 million renovation will certainly correct that, and bring it back to its glory days of the 1920's & 1930's. I would recommend it, and would stay there again.”

• It was close to civic center (concerts) and nightlife.
• The hotel was undergoing remodeling. The bathroom was very small (stand up shower only).

“This is the perfect place to stay for any party-goers that enjoy nightlife, and concerts at the civic center which is located only one block away.”
