• The hotel staff was very nice.
• The cleanliness of the rug in our room left a lot to be desired.

“This hotel is next to the shopping Mall. A little hard to find if you do not know to go in the Mall Entrance.”

• The free breakfast was good.
• We were not allowed to request a non smoking room. The room absolutely smelled of smoke.

“This hotel has been allowed to run down a little bit. The bathroom fan didn't work. The front door stuck and was difficult to open. Furniture was functional but clearly worn.”

• The breakfast was excellent.
• Getting to it off the interstate was confusing.

“This was a great hotel for the money. The room was clean and very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast selection was much more than expected. The one and only issue was that it was confusing to find the entrance off the interstate. We could see where we needed to go and couldn't get to it.”

• The staff helpful and breakfast was excellent for continental.
• Pool was heated still outside though and it not heated enough.

“The staff and other guests staying at the Baymont inn were extremely nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the room and hallways were a welcome sight after some of the places Ive stayed. The comfort and quietness of the room were much appreciated after such a long drive. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel at any given time.”

• Staff Is very helpful and courteous.
• All rooms are outside access.

• In the morning I received a funeral services card to mail in and was offended.

“Clean. Close to shopping and restaurants.”

• The breakfast was pretty good. Granite tops.
• Worn carpet, potato chips and other food on floor by bed.

“Super small rooms and bathrooms. They could have vacuumed better. Hard to find entrance. Nice breakfast area. Internet would not connect. Workers were friendly.”

• Hard to find. Not convenient to anything.

“This hotel met my needs for the night. It is slightly confusing to find due to being accessed off of a service road from the mall parking lot. Otherwise, it was okay for the star level.”

• Pool was cool!
• Kind of hard to get to; have to go thru mall parking lot.

“Nice 2 star hotel. Great to have an elevator. Outdoor pool was warm. Really liked the free breakfast; selection of fresh fruit, hot waffles, muffins, donuts, English muffins, bagels, and a wide variety of name-brand cereal-it was available until 10 am, so we got to sleep late and still eat. Clean and comfortable. Definitely, stay there again.”

• The breakfast provided was very good.
• There was a noise problem. The hotel has outside room doors. Our room was close to the outdoor pool.

“With the Inn & Suites in their name, we mistakenly thought we would have a suite. We had a very basic, clean room. The doors to guest rooms are on the outside. Because of this, we did have people and car noise. The breakfast provided was very good. Everything was clean. Everyone was friendly.”

• Hard to find. Moldy shower curtain

“It was very had to find from the interstate. The room was damp. The shower curtain was stuck together. The pool was nice. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items. The check out staff seemed attentive.”

• Friendly staff, great breakfast.
• Carpeting warn, sink fixtures falling apart in bathroom.

“Breakfast is great, fresh and many choices. Much better than when it was the Fairfield a few years ago. Still in need of some rehabbing, especially the carpet and the fixtures that weren't attached to the sink at all.”
