• Dishonest.

“I will never stay at this hotel again. I've booked for 3 nights. I went in person to this hotel, because I only needed a 2 night stay. They had to rebook me, because they couldn't find my booking. I got charged for 5 nights instead of 2. Their record keeping is totally messed up, or they are just plain crooks!”

“This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Had to change rooms 3 times, First room was filthy, dirty linens and towels and floor was dirty. Second room had smoke detector hanging by a cord from the ceiling, blankets had cigarette burns and stained, bathroom was dirty. Third room we discovered shower did not work at all. Hotel clerk said he would put us in yet another set of rooms, we said no and ended up getting two clean rooms, great customer service at the Super 8 across street.”

• Pool was not busy.
• The toilet in the bathroom ran all night long.

“It took 20 minutes of standing in line to get our room and then as we were getting settled to sleep the toilet would not stop running. It ran all night long. We had overheard the desk manager tell someone on the phone that they did not have any rooms available for the night, so we did not say anything about it until we checked out. Also the room was on the end by the stairs and all night long it sounded like a stampede of elephants going up and down.”

• We were only there a couple hours. No comment.
• The first room was filthy and even had a used diaper. The 2nd room wasn't much better. We left for another hotel.

“We left the hotel shortly after arriving due to the cleanliness of the rooms (we tried two different rooms). On any hotel stay, a clean and comfortable room is the most important! The attendant was very nice and did what she could to assist.”

• Wireless internet service. Had hbo.
• Shower floor dirty and greasy, remote did not work, cigarette butts in ashtray, rug felt dirty, no floor towel next day.

• Room was very well maintained and it was a good price for what you got.
• The pool heater was broke and water was very cold.

“Hotel is in a convenient location- across the street from good restaurants and just minutes from downtown. Rooms are small, but if you are just looking for a nice place to stay for the night, the price is right.”

• The location was very conveniently located. I was impressed by the lobby and Continental Breakfast.
• The pillows were not comfortable and the comforter in our room smelled horrible, which I reported to the desk.
