• Location.
• Hard beds, filthy room, internet didn't work, not secure.

“The photos displayed for this hotel are not representative of the actual accommodations. Beds were like sleeping on the floor, which you wouldn't have wanted to do because the floors were filthy. They were scrimpy on the towels, maid service was late every day or not at all, wireless internet didn't work for me ( never had trouble connecting before) and they could do nothing to help me, the exterior doors were never secured in spite of having room key entry locks. This hotel should have a negative 5-star rating. I would have preferred a sleeping back on a park bench.”

“This hotel should be closed it was so hot in there I started to sweat the second I walked in it was very Nasty and it was to have 2 queen size beds they were the same size as my bed at home, its a full I would not make a stray dog stay at this hotel because the dog might get fleas while has there!”

• Nothing at all.
• Wasn't friendly and did not have any air (very uncomfortable).

“We made a complaint about the room air condition was not working the first 20 minutes of checking in. myself and my spouse left the room around 2:30a.m. to go to the nearest 24 hour store (Wal-Mart) to purchase a fan. the hotel clerk, manager, & owner just did not care. we where forced to stay at that location because everything else was booked due to the ill state fair.”

• There was NOTHING that we liked about this hotel!!!
• No smoke detector, no waste basket, dirty sink and toilet.

“We arrived late, was treated like 2nd class citizens. The air was NOT on, the hallways were smothering hot. The room was nasty. There was not a smoke detector, no waste basket, the toilet was dirty, hair in the sink, had to mess with the remote to get it to work, front desk guy was VERY rude and hateful.”

• Filth, business practices of management, filth, deceptive advertising, filth, refusal to try to accommodate our very simple requests, filth.

“The entire hotel smelled like a combination of mildew & vomit. They advertised "free wireless Internet" - they didn't have it. The rooms were profoundly filthy. There were hairs & soap wrappers in the tub, crumbs & hairs in the bed, under the covers & food trash wrappers on the floor in the room. When we complained they said they said they had no other rooms & sent the maid service to clean it. When we realized they had no Internet we said it was vital to our business stay & asked for a refund or adjustment to bill. They offered either $3.00 or that they would take it directly from the maid service, the only responsive members of their staff! A HORRIBLE experience. A pair of shoes that were accidentally left there have been impossible to claim through lost & found! BEWARE!!!”

• Convenient location, continental breakfast, respectfully greeted.
• Rooms and hallway had a foul odor due to poor condition of ACs. AC's did not cool well.

“Not a pleasant place to stay due to odor and poor cooling. Rooms and bedding reasonably clean. If ACs were repaired or replaced, I may consider staying there again. Will NOT recommend to friends and acquaintances.”

• It was near the highway.
• Not kept up to standards.

“They do stuff "on the cheap". The shower faucet was coming out of the wall. When we arrived at 9:05 for continental breakfast, they had cleared it out and we were not the only ones disappointed. They were poor in giving directions, had no clue about places to eat. The phones were out in the rooms while nearby business had working phones.”
