• They had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and I liked that the mirror and sink were outside the bathroom.
• The customer service level was way below par and the employees were rude at times (before we got there).

“The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Two weeks before the stay I tried to upgrade my room to two double beds and it was a nightmare.”

• Evening clerk was very friendly and nice.
• We weren't sure about the cleanliness of the bed linens.

• The pool and hot tub were pleasant and relaxing.
• We were given a double bed (for 2 people) and the smoke-free room smelled like smoke.

“My wife and I would not return to this hotel. We were disappointed with the small bed and the smell of the room.”

“It would have been nice to know that we were going to get a room that only had one double bed. We did not find this out until we got to the hotel, and we had to pay for an upgrade because of this error. A double bed for 2 people does not work. If the hotel had been full, there is nothing that they could have done for us, and we would have been out of luck.”
