• It was close to the ski hill.
• The hotel gave us two double beds, the sink was clogged. The staff members were constantly on the phone and the hot tub was broken both days.

“Overall, I did not enjoy this hotel and I thought that it needed some maintenance work and staff members that were not continuously on the phone.”

• Loved the whirlpool.
• Kids ran up and down the hallway all throughout the night, it was not a peaceful sleep.

“The mid shift guest attendant was a little to snotty to her customer and the kids that ran all threw the night was not great but are room was very clean and we all loved the pool and the whirlpool.”

• Good continental breakfast, free USA Today, free wireless internet, free parking.
• A bit older, bed was quite old, whirlpool leaked oily substance, a bit isolated location.

“Overall, an ok hotel stay. We got upgraded to the whirlpool suite which was very spacious. But it didn't have central heat/air. Bathroom was a bit cramped. Free parking, usa today, wireless internet, and breakfast. Location was a bit isolated. Would have liked to stayed in downtown Wausau. Not bad though for what we paid/night.”

• Upgraded our room when we had a minor check-in problem.
• Seating area for breakfast a little small.
