• Because we stayed at this hotel last year on my birthday they upgrade the room to a suite and it was beautiful.
• The cleaning staff did not leave cups on our first night and no coffee or cups on the second day of our stay.

“I just like this hotel. It is clean and close to great restaurants. The upgrade to a suite really was a blessing as it was my birthday also. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.”

• When I complained, they worked and really tried to help me out.
• The room the carpet on the floor was really dirty and the room had an odor in the room.

• I loved that the staff called us by name and the room.
• I wished that the hot tub was hotter and no type of jet stream.

“Overall, this was a great place to stay for the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They called us by name and even took pictures for us. The pool was very nice; however, the hot tub could have used a good run through with the net that catches things floating in the water. Also the room was kind of muggy from where we showered couldn't open a window to circulate the moisture. I would certainly stay there again.”

• Very clean, good AC, quiet (in spite of the nearby train tracks).
• Small closet.

“Big room, nice modern decor, very clean, attractive property and quiet/efficient A/C (very important to me. The location is good for visiting Germantown, Cordova and Collierville. This is an excellent value.”

• The breakfast choices were many and the warm cookies in the afternoon were a nice treat.
• Staff were not apologetic when we had maintenance issue in room.

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and thought it was a good value for our money. However, the room darkening blinds came crashing down at 2am so our first night was restless. In the morning when we reported the issue to the main desk, a shocked look was the only response we received. They immediately filled out a maintenance request form and the problem was fixed by the time we returned in the afternoon. I was surprised no one offered an apology or any reimbursement for our trouble.”

• Clean room.
• Difficult to find and loud.

“Where to begin. First got lost looking. Finally found only to interrupt personal cell call the desk clerk, and she was unhappy. Up to my room and discovered it is across the street from active train tracks. And the trains whistled and came through several times a day including the middle of the night. Stayed 2 nights and needed to recover when I returned home. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you can sleep through trains passing by.”

• Staff very responsive; very clean.
• The only thing I can think of is there are no smoking rooms.

“The staff was very responsive and friendly, the free continental breakfast was very good, lots of variety. While I wish there were smoking rooms available it was not totally inconvenient, with where our room was located, to go outside to smoke.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even when busy they would acknowledge you and try to find some one to help you. The room itself was not out of the ordinary but was more than adequate for our needs. Good location and reasonable rates.”

• Hotel is located in a nice area & the hot tub was great.
• The indoor is a little small but the kids still enjoyed it.

“I was worried that it would be too far from the zoo and beadle sty but it's not. All the downtown attractions are not more than 10-15 minutes away. The hotel is in an upscale area and within a couple of minutes of at least a dozen nice places to eat and shop.”

• It was hard to adjust the temperature to get the room comfortable.

• Very nice room, clean, and safe location.
• Cleaning lady could not speak English only Spanish.

“This hotel is in a good safe location in Germantown, TN. Also, it is in a good location for shopping at the wolf chase mall and collier vile The staff at the service desk were very helpful. The hotel also had a nice pool and exercise room. This was a good and clean place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“Overall this hotel is my pick of all the hotels in the germane town/collier vile/Memphis area. It is convenient to everything and you feel very safe. It's decor is up to date and every bit as nice as any hotel around. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have stayed at many hotels in the area and I like it the best.”
