• It was clean, quiet, near shopping areas, yet somewhat secluded. There was an exercise room. We had a very enjoyable stay.
• Pets were allowed.

• Price.
• Inconsistent cleaning of the room.

“Good value. Family friendly. Breakfast buffet was good, however evening reception was average at best.”

• Clean and comfy.
• Trains went by my window all night long! Horns were blaring!

“This hotel was so nice, we were excited to find a comfy bed and a kitchenette. Went to bed and trains started going by right outside our window every hour or so. Horns were blaring! We had no sleep at all. This getaway was for my birthday, but I was so tired the next day that I couldn't even enjoy my day.”

• It was convenient to where we were going and very eye-catching.
• They charged me 10.00 when I got there to sign in.

• The deluxe breakfast was great and the location.
• Need a larger sign, thats all that I found wrong.

“My stay was very good, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well taken care of. One of the best breakfasts that you will find in any hotel that come with the price of the room. Will stay there again, and recommend it to everyone.”

• The best hotel experience ever!
• It would have been glad for a king bed (had a queen).

“This hotel was super, super! Even a complementary evening meal supplied! Hot breakfast daily supplied with even waffle and strawberry syrup and whipped cream. Swimming pool was delightful! Really a suite with, bedroom, bath, living and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. We even entertained our guests.”

• They had excellent service, friendly staff, the rooms were amazing and beautiful.
• I did not have enough time there!.

“It was a great hotel, it takes a bit to get there, if you're new to Collierville/ Germantown its a little intimidating, but its so worth the drive. They have a super friendly staff, a nice breakfast in the morning; the rooms are spacious and gorgeous. I'd definitely go there again.”

• The excellent room and the quietness of the whole hotel and their willingness to help in anyway.
• There was nothing.

“Excellent hotel to stay at and very good accommodations. Very quiet, very large room and very comfortable bed with pillows. Actually, the best place we have ever stayed and only wished we had more time to have stayed longer and enjoyed all the offers they had. Will try and stay there again next march or anytime I have to go to that area.”

• Breakfast in the morning was good, staff was attentive, every thing was nice and clean.
• There was a charge for bottled water, should not have to pay for that, if I was traveling for business, the basket ball goal and kids in the night.

“This is a great place to go if you have children and or pets with a friendly staff and comfortable amenities, nothing fancy just clean good service.”
