• Good dells location, and a reasonable price.
• Lots of noise in room above.

“Offers a competitive rate for a mid-level-quality hotel. Might stay there again, but I would probably stay somewhere else just to see what other lodging options in the Dells are like. Hotel is in need of some upkeep and maintenance For instance, outside security door required a note explaining that the key reader was balky and you had to swipe your card slowly. Not good.”

• The first day cleanliness, bathroom smelt of sweat.

“The pool area should be monitored closely I recommend close-circuit cameras at the front desk to monitor the pool area and doors, violations were clear, kids were diving into the pool and teenagers would block the exit open a posted violation letting cool air into the pool area and increasing heating expense for the hotel.”

• The waffle breakfast was great and it included a lot more than waffles!
• The carpets were not vacuumed in the hallways for quite some time.

“My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ramada and would go back again! My teen daughter and girlfriend loved the pool and free use of the internet.”

• The Desk clerk who checked me in gave me the wrong room (not enough beds) when I went back to her and told her she was very apologetic and kind.
• Air conditioner fan stayed on constantly in the room ended up shutting it off.

“Great location, easy to get anywhere from there and easy to find your way back. Good breakfast and a very clean breakfast bar. The room smelled a bit stale but was a smoking room, no others available. Bed sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels.”

• I don't like to much.
• They gave me the wrong number.

“I can't stay in the Ramada hotel because they gave me a different room, they were suppose to give me a suite and they didn't give it to me.”

• Waffle breakfast.
• Ceiling creaked badly when people in above room walked around.

“Adequate room, very uncomfortable pillows, beds ok, clean, ceiling creaked terribly when the people in the room above walked around. Waffle breakfast nicely done, staff not overly friendly, and did not offer anything with regards to the creaking ceiling.”

• The location was terrific!
• Breakfast was really good, but was over at 9:30 and I slept in too late to eat one day.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was nice and the location is perfect. It is walking distance from the beach and good shopping and restaurants.”

• Customer service -they upgraded our room and charged us less.
• It was not clean, older hotel.

“Nice staff, but not very clean. The breakfast was very poor. They advertise hot waffles but the machines did not work properly.”

“Stayed at Ramada in the dells twice now. Good breakfast and selection. Close to many attractions and within reasonable distance to others. Will probably stay there again next year.”

• It was easy to find and right next to the movie theater.
• Some of the cleaning crew didn't understand much English.

• The bathroom ceiling and tub was filled with mold. It's was in poor condition.

“I have stayed at this hotel previously and the quality of the rooms have decreased immensely. The shower area in the bathroom was covered in mold. It's was very old and run down. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• Difficulty getting Breakfast, Very busy in a Small Room.

• Considering the age it is well maintained . Room was spacious. I am sure it was grand place once upon a time.
• Staff at the reception was young and not skilled. Out of two(2) pieces of the equipment in the fitness facility two(2) did not work.

“If you want to travel on the tight budget, eat sandwich in you room and frozen pizza dinners, don't mind light lingering smell of smoke and having to have heavy curtains on day and night, this is a place for you. If you are used to competent staff, prompt service and up to date environment, find something else. Stay in this hotel was like chain restaurant dinner - not that it was bad, it was just very non-descriptive.”

• Good service, clean, comfortable room.
• Limited exercise equipment in work-out room. Tanning room not open.

“Located close to movie theatre, water parks and restaurants. Just off the Interstate, but quiet room and very helpful staff.”

• Pool was nice. Decent location.
• No kid friendly TV channels.

“Hotel was decent for the price. Great continental breakfast, good spread. TV had no kid channels at all. This was a problem in the early morning and at night. Was given a smoking room when non-smoking was requested. Over all though, it was a nice place.”

• Staff was very helpful. Loved the microwave and fridge in the room!
