• Centrally located to all the attractions and restaurants. 2 miles from Ho Chunk Casino.
• Parking was sometimes difficult.

• The pool was nice but didnt use it.
• It smelled moldy and the bath tub surround was cracked and there free breakfast wasnt very good.

“This motel used to be a very nice place to visit. We were not impressed with it at all. It has gone down a lot.”

“Indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi clean & inviting. Nice layout of lobby and guest access to rooms. Free sauna, tanning, lots of perks, great location.”

• Delicious waffles for the continental breakfast.
• Rude service, extremely small bathrooms, dirty room.

“When we first went into our hotel room it was freezing colder in the room than it was outside. We notified the front desk twice before they reluctantly changed our room, asking US if we turned on the heat. (Isn't that their job?) The man at the front desk told me he was too busy to see if our new room had the heat turned on. The rooms at this hotel had a funny smell and the floors were not cleaned (in both rooms). There was trash under the beds and on the floor. The beds were stained and saggy. The hot tub was too hot. Very uncomfortable. There was no change machine for the vending machine. The soda machines were located outside. You had to straddle the toilet to close the bathroom door. The kicker when I notified the owner of the service we had received, he was only worried that our first room was very warm. 12 hours after we had left it. I would have thought one of the employees would have checked to see if everything was working properly when we left it. He never apologized. He showed no regard for the poor service. I will never stay there again and will warn anyone going to the Dells, not to stay at the Day's Inn. Not worth the money at all.”

• Free shuttle to the casino.
• Too small and cramped.

“This hotel is very old and the rooms were small cramped and the bed had no support. The room had no fridge or microwave. It would be ok if you were by yourself and could sleep in the middle of the bed so you would not fall out. But I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.”

• The pool area was sufficient for our needs.
• The rooms were small and smelled funny. It was hard to control the temperature.

“There was paint peeling off the walls behind the front desk. The room had a funny odor to it, and it was really hard to control the temperature. There were only about 10 channels to choose from for the cable, and the room was very small. Needless to say I was very disappointed.”

• It was the first time ever that a front desk rep called to ask me how the room was and if I needed anything.
• Not the best cleanliness or attractiveness.

“Good spot to stay for a weekend of fun in the Wisconsin dells. Not a place you would spend a lot of time at the hotel but an okay place to rest your head.”

• It did have an indoor and outdoor pool.
• There were stains on the sheets and the room smelled.

“The room was very small but I was just staying one night so I didn't matter much. What disappointed me was a dehumidifier running in the room and the heater/air unit had to be shut off or it would stink you out of the room. I would have just opened the window but I was at ground level and didn't feel safe to do that. The bed looked good and comfortable but when I pulled back the covers there were large s on the sheet! I couldn't believe they would put sheets like that on a bed. I told the clerk about my disappointment and she just made a note and that was it. Where is the customer service? I thought she should have offered some kind of apology or discount. I'm not the type to ask for money back but I thought it should be offered.”

• Breakfast available between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
• Non-smoking room, but carpet and chair had burn holes, and room smelled of smoke.

“Good for business travelers; Internet connection was available if necessary. Just a good basic room to sleep in when that's all you need. Relatively quiet.”

• Location, friendly staff, and pool hours were great.

“Beds were fairly comfortable, lots of pillows (4 for each bed) and they were fluffy and substantial. Room was quiet, late check in was great, they said anytime I got there my room was guaranteed. The location was awesome, didn't really have to drive if didn't want to, attractions and dining pretty much next door.”

• The non smoking room had cigarette burns everywhere.

“I found this hotel to be more of a motel. The rooms were small. The bed itself sagged in the middle. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The staff needs to learn some customer service skills and the continental breakfast was more of waffles.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price and location. My friend and I had the pool to ourselves most of the time and the place was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again!”

• Nothing. Very bad experience. We will never stay at a Days Inn.
• It was very dirty and small rooms; TV and lights did not work.

“This was a terrible experience for our family on vacation. The internet pictures did not match the hotel real look and was misleading. There were the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in and very dirty. The TV and lights did not work and the AC smelled awful. We will never stay at a Days Inn again. The star rating should of been a 1 star and it rate should of be 39.99. We are very disappointed to start our vacation off that way.”

• The hot tube was hot. The bed was comfortable.
• The main service bad. The bottom sheet wouldn't stay in place.
