• Friendly staff. Informative to perks in area.
• Small bathroom, broken drywall.

“The hotel itself was okay. It is good for a sleeping motel or one that you don't intend to spend a lot of time at, however the pool is there to fall back on. I would not want to pay more than $50 to stay there.”

• Stained carpet in the room needs to be changed.

“Swimming area was nice, continental breakfast adequate but nothing special, roomy room with small bath, carpet stained but otherwise clean. Great offseason price - we'd stay again.”

• continental breakfast had waffle maker, easy check in
• narrow doorways and walkways, had to wait for others to pass by

“beds were comfortable, but felt a little damp when we arrived, bathrooms were very small, breakfast was handy-right across the hall from the room.”

• Very large resort.
• It was way too crowded and noisy - didn't seem to be enough room for all guests.

“Very large resort seeming to have a lot of room for all the guests, but everywhere we went, there were people waiting in lines to go on water rides or buy food, or just walking in the hallway - there wasn't always enough room to even do that. It was
very noisy needless to say and the water quality of the pools was bad.”

• Very convenient with respect to our purpose for staying in the Wis Dells area.
• Needs some updating
  bathroom lighting was very dim.

• Some staff very helpful.
• Hotel felt dirty and poor housekeeping.

“We were here for three nights and never got any housekeeping well we were there. She came at the crack of dawn while we were sleeping and never came back. When I called down to the front to inquire about housekeeping they were not helpful at all. We had a huge pile of towels in the bathroom and the garbage was over flowing. This hotel does have a nice indoor pool and hot tub. They also have an outdoor pool. Their pool does seem to have a high amount of chemicals in their water though. The rooms seem to need some updates and a good scrub. The price was right for what we got and the manager was very nice and made the lack of housekeeping worth our while.”

• Close to downtown.
• Cable TV was fuzzy.

“Hotel beds were comfortable. Cable TV was unhooked from cable box. Bare wires were hanging. This is something that should have been checked by room service after cleaning room from last customer. Hotel lobby personal were very friendly and helpful.

• Very friendly, helpful, family oriented hotel. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. Enjoyed it a lot.
• Nothing.

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered us extra blankets and towels for the room which we accepted and appreciated. They even gave us free tickets to a nearby waterpark for our entire group for each day we stayed. That saved us a lot of money with the children. The continental breakfast was very good and appreciated. It was nice to feed everyone right at the hotel for free before we headed out to start the day. The homemade waffles were especially liked by the kids. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub were kept up nicely and clean and had long extended hours for use. Overall, we liked our stay very much and would return.”

• I didn't see any terrorists there.
• The whole experience. Don't fall for it. Stay away.

“Heed this warning. This place is a joke. The rooms are nasty and the front desk help could care less. This place is truly the 'Sanford and Son Inn' of Wisconsin Dells. I had never been to the Dells before, but now that I have I learned a lot about what not to do. We went as a basketball group for a tournament. 1/2 of our group stayed at the Days Inn and half at the Raintree. Now I don't know a lot, but I can promise you that the Rain Tree is superior to this place. I wouldn't let my mother in law sleep in this dump. Moldy nasty smell, unclean, no microwave in my single room. The Sundeck paint is peeled and the carpet is pulled up and nasty. There were 7 broken TV's laying outside this place by a back garage looking structure; two broken computer monitors and 3 used, discarded tires. The continental breakfast was horrible and my son, who will eat anything, wouldn't take bite #2 of his waffles. I can not say enough things about this place to warn off the blue-collar worker. I can assure you that I thought long and hard about posting this. But after further thought I say this: On a stack of bibles, this information is true and correct to the best of my ability.”
