• Clean, good for a long stay.
• Small bed, no service, not good for short stay.

“We only had it for one night, so that was fine, but if you stay longer, know that there will be no maid service, no trash pick-up etc. except once a week. You have to go get towels. The room has a small kitchenette and basic kitchenware. If you want to make your own food instead of eating out, that will be good for you. I would not recomment it for more than one person travelling alone, though, since the bed is quite small. The place was definitely clean and had a nice pool. It is located in a rather odd, hidden-away corner near a shopping mall.”

• Noisy air conditioner.

“Family friendly apparently a large family was having a reunion there and there were lots of kids running around, being loud as kids will be. The air conditioner in my room was deafening at times. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a new room. They said they would call back, but they never did. The air conditioning was turned off when I arrived and the room was stifling.”

• The staff was great.
• Did not vacuum or pick up the trash in the hall!

“The hall way was not vacuumed and they did not pick up the trash in the hall there were bags of trash left over night lined up in front of each guest room. The room was cleaned but I did see the previous guest ear plug down buy the bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Outside of hotel look nice architecture.
• Room furniture - old and worn. Must ask for shampoo.

• The staff was friendly.
• Only one way to go upstairs.

“Not a bad hotel if you're just passing through the Memphis area. It had a decent kitchenette. There was only one elevator and I didn't see any other stairs to go upstairs. I'm sure they were there but they must have been hard to find. But, overall a good hotel.”

• The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
• There was a small fire at 5:30 in the morning, bummer! No damage but scary.

“Hotel was easy to see from the interstate but not quite so easy to get to. It was almost inside a mall parking lot! We thought it was funny and finally figured out how to get in and out. The staff was helpful in getting us there in rush hour traffic. It was a bit further out than we would have liked (we were going to Memphis in may) but wasn't that bad as all interstate to and from downtown.”

• Free wireless access, great mattress.
• Difficult to find from the main road.

“Well kept and clean, excellent value for the money. I was especially pleased by the good quality mattress and pillows, which were far better than your average hotel chain. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.”

• Desk staff was indifferent and cold.

• Didn't like the smoking.

• The rooms were clean and the met my needs.
• The hotel staff was not friendly or knowledgeable about the area.

“The rooms were updated and though small, had more then I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great though the staff was not able to answer basic questions about the area. I was very pleased with what I received in relation to the cost of the stay.”

• Front desk was helpful in giving us better directions than we had printed out from rand McNally.
• Only ice machine was on bottom floor.
