• Great location at a great price.
• Hard to find the ice machines.

“It's what you expect for the price. Nothing fancy, has an indoor pool and hot tub, and a great location close enough to get to everything in the dells.”

• Nice room and beautiful decorations and hall stairway.
• Pool light broken and hanging into the water, we were too afraid to stay and swim.

• The room was big-but we paid for it!
• Everything.

“This hotel was awful! We called and requested an early check in, and they said it was all ready for us. We got there and it was trashed! We had to wait 25 minutes to check in and as we watched them clean - I had to show them what was dirty and request they leave more towels.”

• Filthy and loud.

“I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was filthy; it appeared as though it had never been cleaned. It was extremely loud, in fact one night it was 4 am when we were woken up and had to call guest services. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.”

• Convenient to attractions.
• Bad policy regarding late arrival.

“I telephoned this hotel to confirm my late arrival. I was assured I would have the room for my family. Upon arrival I was notified the room had been given to someone else. As this was Wisconsin Dells in the summertime, no other rooms were available at any hotels in all surrounding communities. The hotel staff assisted by calling other hotels, but at midnight, this is too little too late. Their reason for canceling my reservation without notice was that the credit card number I had given was declined. Not only did I have other credit cards that were fine, but my wife had credit, and we could have paid cash. With no place to stay, we were forced to drive home through the night until early morning. With this ridiculous policy of confirming my reservation, only to decline it without warning, I will not stay at a Super 8 again.”

• Low budget in an expensive area but with a pool.
• Dirty carpet in halls, maid made beds poorly.

“I was looking for a low-budget room in the WI Dells area. Super 8 was the cheapest I could find. I was pleased with the pool and the continental breakfast. For the money I got what I expected. The area needing the most improvement was the housekeeping staff.”
