• The staff was fantastic!
• I had no problems with the hotel.

“Staff here was WONDERFUL! Very friendly and professional. Coffee and fruit were a nice touch in the lobby, and wonderful that WiFi was included in the price. Room was very clean, and all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was the next best thing to free continental. The breakfast waiter was even great! No complaints here whatsoever. Actually, we were in town looking for an apartment as work is transferring us, and I plan to recommend the hotel to anyone who visits!”

“The staff was friendly and the hotel very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had is when we arrived and checked in at the hotel at 4 pm, there were no towels in our room. I called the front desk and requested towels. We left and returned to the after 10 pm and still didn't have any towels. I called the front desk again and this time, an employee promptly arrived at our door bringing two bath towels, two washcloths and zero handtowels. I advised the employee that we would need at least two more bath towels and washcloths as there were four of us in the room (2 adults and two children). The employee advised since it was late, she would just hang a bag of towels on our door. In the morning when we woke up at 8:30 am, there was no bag of towels hanging on our door and I had to call the front desk again.”

• Location to where we needed to go.
• Wish the breakfast bar would have option of cold fruit for 1/2 price of whole buffet.

• Safe location near Methodist Hospital in Germantown.
• My room was not stocked properly with towels and coffee. Did not realize this until morning and had to go to front desk myself to get them.

“I would stay here again. It was clean and in a safe area near the hospital. Make sure your room is stocked with towels and coffee before you go to bed.”

• Nice clean room; free wireless internet; great pillows.
• No refrigerator in room; no free continental breakfast.

“My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The rooms were cozy and up to date and very clean. The only drawback was there was no refrigerator in the room and the continental breakfast was not free. This was my second time staying at this hotel. I would definitely stay again.”

• This room was very clean!
• The room was not a big as some rooms I have stayed in before for the price.

“I loved this hotel. It was very clean! Fantastic location. It is a very safe neighborhood. There are some great places to eat right around the corner from the hotel. Also a Walgreen's is next door to the hotel in case you need any last minute items. Highly recommended!”

• Maintenance man was helpful, he wet vacuumed my car floorboard when torrential rain leaked into my car during stay.
• The AC seemed weak. All the way on high cool did not seem to do much and it wasn't even hot outside.

• It was close to restaurants and shopping.
• The room smelled and it was not as clean as it should have been.

“Is ok for overnight stay did have a problem when checking in with reservation said that they had to give us a king size bed room. I had to sleep on sofa bed with no sheets that were clean.”

• Quite establishment.
• Maid service. Did not get towels on second day.

“Handicap room was roomy. When maid came on 2nd day we stayed, cleaned room, made beds, left no towels in room after removing dirty towels. Internet service did not work in room. They did attempt to help me hook it up without success. Breakfast was too expensive. Seemed like every service was at an extra cost above the cost of the room. Not much a deal on the room if you have to pay extra for everything else, phone, breakfast, etc.”
