• I didn't like anything about the hotel except the price of the room.
• Everything.

• The fact that I only had to endure it for one night.
• Breakfast never showed, toilet backed up, grotesque bed stains.

“The staff was unfriendly; I was not given my money back for several inconveniences, such as dirt on the comforter, backed up toilet, etc. I was fed up and finally bolted out of there as soon as check-out opened. The pictures on the walls, however few, were cheap and unattractive. Over all, it scared me.”

• This hotel allowed my dog to stay.
• The dirt behind the bed. The site of a uncovered lower mattress pad with awful stains on it.

“One of the ugliest places I stayed. It looked like they may be remodeling. It was priced reasonable, but that isn't why I chose it. I needed a place that would allow my pet, it is was the only one left with rooms. To some people who don't travel much, or want to save money, this motel is just fine.”

• The hotel was easy access to/from our soccer tournament.
• The toilet did not flush and no compensation for inconveniences.

“The Best Western Rapids Motor Inn is currently in transition. The plumbing is weak and needs maintenance. There is a new pool, though we did not check it out. Once the plumbing is fixed, it would be OK if you are just sleeping there, not a place to hang out for an extended time.”

• Helpful attitude of staff, convenient parking.
• Bathroom was slightly outdated.

“Excellent value for the money, typical accommodations for an older small-town motel. Quiet, off the main drag. Clean and neat.”
