• Clean. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room.

“The hotel disappointed me. As a frequent business traveler and occasional traveler for pleasure, I have stayed in dozens of different hotels and my experience has shown that even among budget hotels most of them offer certain basic amenities: daily housekeeping, pool, network and cable television, refills when a toiletry item runs out, complementary breakfast, etc. In this hotel, the housekeeping is not included in the base cost, a person must pay $7/night for full service or $3/night for economy service. There was no pool, a fact which disappointed my son the most. There was no network television - evidently the hotel was unprepared for the changeover to digital. We ran out of tissue paper on the second day, and when I went to the front desk to get some the staff was friendly (one of the few pluses), but the staff couldn't find any tissue paper on-site. There was no continental breakfast, let alone full breakfast. All in all, the hotel lacked even the most basic of amenities. It deserves to be ranked as about a 1/2 star rather than a budget-to-mid grade type hotel.”

• Staff was great and the location was good.
• Queen sized beds with sheets that didn't fit. Plus, daily room cleaning came at the expense of a $3/day fee.

“Good, clean, nice location. TV reception is poor. If you want your room serviced each day it is an additional $3/day which I think is sort of foolish. Overall, that's my only gripe and it's not about to keep us from coming back. It was a very nice stay.”

• It has a kitchen area if you want to cook.
• The bed was uncomfortable.

“There is nothing to rave about this hotel. The hotel is fairly clean and has a laundry room which is good if your on a road trip or having an extended stay. The bed is not comfortable and you may want to bring your blanket. Overall its good if you just want a cheap place to stay.”

• Clean, comfortable room. Separate switch for the bath fan!! Great flusher of a toilet!
• Need a vent guard over heat/cool system so drapes don't blow out.

• The hotel was close to the freeways. It was very convenient having a kitchenette.
• Needed more pillows on the bed.

“Overall the hotel was very nice. The property was clean and safe. Kitchenette was a plus allowing you the choice to cook if you desired or reheat those doggy bags from the restaurants. Easy access to the freeways. Restaurants and plenty of shopping were within 10 minutes.”

• I love having the convenience of the small kitchen and also the internet hookup.
• No morning breakfast or coffee.

“The first room that I was assigned, was unacceptable (smoke smell and the door locked was broken) but they immediately gave me another room that was fresh, clean, and the door lock worked properly.”

• The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

“The hotel was nice clean and comfortable although if you are arriving at night don't bother asking for directions because the night clerk has no idea where the hotel is located.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel despite the air not functioning in one of our rooms. We also felt safe within our surroundings because of the location of the hotel. We will more than likely return to this hotel again.”

• The service. I waited in line for 45 minutes to check in.

“I waited in line for 35 minutes to check in. The employee had a lot of trouble getting people checked in who were in front of me.”

“I will never stay at this hotel. The kitchen was very Nasty and had not been cleaned. There was a garbage can in the bathroom. Left over items were still in the room from previous stay. Mattress had stains on it. Horrible stay.”
