• Worn out mattresses, horrible pillows, lots of mildew in shower, sparse / very basic & unclean.

• The price was excellent.
• Sheets were way too small for the beds (major health issue), toilet ran, exhaust and AC fan was rattled, carpet was stained, room had been smoked in.

“They have a major health issue with their sheets being way too small for the beds. The sheets came off the bed with very little effort, allowing exposure to the unprotected mattress.”

• Great location, easy access and met all my needs (plus had a kitchen).
• Needs some improvement on cleanliness, also, doors on the closets would have been nice.

“Located very conveniently, close to shopping and offices, yet on a quiet street, very functional rooms, with a kitchen area and generous space, but not decorated pretty (no doors on the closet and iron and ironing board out) staff was very nice and helpful, the only complaint is the bathroom could have been cleaner and the room had a faint smell of recent cooking when we first walked in.”

• I like specifically the front desk person. She was excellent!
• I had previously stayed at deluxe location, so I had to pay for tooth paste.

“The hotel is in a very nice location, adjacent to many different restaurants and sites. My room seemed a little dated. We tried to hook up a DVD player to the TV but couldn't because it was too old of a model to do so with out the right adapters, as if I had those on my trip. We had a very low selection of channels as well on our TV. It was clean however and the staff was friendly.”

“This was the second time I was staying in this hotel. First time the TV was out of order, even after repeated complaints it was not fixed, I was at the property for 3 nights. Second stay was even more adventures. Water did not drain from the bathroom sink. Upon asking for getting it fixed I was told, It will be fixed in the morning. And we don't have any other rooms for you to move. Upon repeated requests, they did move me to another property, I had to pack my stuff all over again.”

• Good size room with complete kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove).
• I did not like that we only had a queen size bed and when I asked the front desk if a room would be available for another night, she couldnt tell me.

“The room was great other than the size of the bed. I've never seen an actual kitchen or stove or counter top in a hotel room before. Usually just a mini fridge or micro (if that) but this kitchen area was real. If the room came with a king-size bed or 2 queens (me, my friend, and my son all had to share a queen size) I would definitely want this room every time I visit Memphis. Also the front desk should be able to check for room availability if a customer requests another night. I would have liked to stay a 2nd night considering I drove over 5 hours to get to this hotel.”
