  • The hotel was not clean, the facility was not safe, and the service was the worst ever.

“I was so disappointed. People were coming in for one or two hours and checking out if you know what I mean.”

  • No supplies for ironing clothes.

“Exterior was not well maintained. No lotion, mouthwash or shower amenities.”

  • The front desk service at the morning of checkin was excellent.
  • Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 830 checkout day.
