• Good location, excellent room!
• No indoor pool.

“Excellent room! King bed, large sectional couch with pull-out bed for kids. 50" flat screen TV, large desk, small refrigerator. Excellent layout for families or business travelers. Several nice restaurants and shopping within blocks. Ten minutes from 2 larger shopping malls. Excellent value!”

• The hotel was very clean, and near Poplar, which is a straight shot to the zoo and downtown
• Nothing

“A really great hotel. The room/bed/bathroom were very clean, with crisp sheets and no weird smells. It's a a nice area of Memphis, with lots of nearby shops and restaurants (both upscale and funky).”

• Very friendly staff, modern and comfortable rooms.

“This was a fabulous place to stay for the weekend. From checking in with a very friendly and helpful front desk - TV/stereo sound and lights in the room were very welcoming. Modern decor, clean, comfortable beds and the real glass glasses was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay there again!”

• Recently redone, very nice with extra accomodations like bar, Starbucks and deli. Big flat screen TV and
  clean rooms.
• It was excellent there wasn't anything that I did not like.

“Excellent! I never liked staying here before they remodeled and became Hyatt Place. I will plan to stay there every time I'm in Memphis now.”

• Nice place to stay.
• Bathroom was not as nice as I would have liked, leaked water all over floor.

“The room was very comfortable, seating as well as sleeping. Would stay again with out question. Parking seamed cramped but I did not have any trouble.”

• Large room size, flat screens, location.
• Some issues with cleanliness of glassware, toilets.

“This hotel is almost what I expected - about a studio apartment in New York. Overall cleanliness was good, with an exception - the glassware in two rooms we had was dirty. Our first room had a broken toilet, and we were promptly moved to a different room. Staff is very friendly, and overall accommodations were nice.”

• Room upgrades. Flat screen TV, comfortable bedding.
• Bathroom is super tiny.

“Friendly staff and inviting rooms. The bed sleep exceptionally well and great room spacing. Hyatt Place has done great with the upgrades. I have now switched my preference from Hilton to Hyatt.”

• The rooms were very modern. Great sitting area.
• The room was not cleaned appropriately.

“I have stayed within two miles of this hotel at least a dozen times in the last year. I hope management will address the cleanliness issues.”

• Hyatt Place has consistently exceeded expectations in accommodations & food.
• Toilet was leaky and house keeping staff carts made passing in halls difficult.

“Hyatt Place is the best for money. Complimentary breakfast, high speed internet, and very nice rooms make it tops on my list. The hotels are never too large nor too small, and screaming kids are at a minimum. If I get chance, I'd stay at Hyatt Place all the time.”

• Convenient to major roads and highways; excellent staff.

“Everything was perfect from the staff to the services. Latest technology provided in rooms and lobby. Everything was spotless and in perfect working order. We felt very safe and cared for. Wonderful breakfast provided. Were very helpful with any request.”

• The room was spacious and clean. My son loved the 42-inch flat panel TV in our room. Very comfortable.
• There were no vending machines on the floors. I had to go to the hotel lobby to get a soda from the deli and it was quite pricey.

“Clean, above standard and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.”
