“First, each room opens to the outside. Second, it's right next to the freeway, making for bad road noise. Third, it was quite run down. Fourth, it smelled terrible. Fifth, it just didn't feel safe.”

“This hotel was perfect for our trip. Nothing special but nothing scary. When there was a problem with our room and no one to fix it they moved to an identical room within minutes. The comfort and quiet were much appreciated.”

“The only good point about this stay was that it was easy find and the desk clerk was courteous. The carpet was disgusting and the entire room smelled awful. The bath tub was dirty. Roaches continued to come from nowhere and scurry around the counter, and walls. I could not and did not complete my stay I just couldn't imagine going to sleep there.”

“The customer service was bad. The room looked unclean. There were extremely bright lights with missing covers for them. The remote did not work and they told me there was nothing they could do, that all the remotes were in other rooms and the people checking in the next day would need them. This did not seem right since check out is at 10am and you cannot check in before 3pm. There was no vending, soda, or ice machines. There were ice trays but it takes some time for the water to freeze. Over all I had a bad experience. I will not be back to the hotel.”

“Room was hot when we arrived, air was on low cool. felt like the heat was on. Killed 2 roaches in the kitchen, one in the bathroom and one on the night stand. Only had 1 fork, spoon, and glass. Could not make outgoing calls, staff did fix this quickly.”

“The hotel has exterior rooms, not interior, and is noisy and unsafe. The box spring was nasty with stains all over it, the comforter was stained, and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The bathroom did not have a vent, so the mirror fogged. The TV was only a 19 inch, too small, most have 27 now and the carpet and furniture are worn out. The recliner had tears in the back of it. Looked more like a homeless shelter than a quality hotel. ”

“This hotel was near downtown, but we had a nasty filthy room the sheets was dirty and the bathroom was nasty. The toilet and the tub was awful and rim the tub was brown. The front desk did give us some clean sheets but they did not offer to clean the room. This was a very poor stay and I am tempted to demand my money back. Very disappointed in this property. I hope that you will think twice about putting people in this motel.”

“This was a nice place to stay for the rate that I was given, but I would not pay the full/regular price. Front desk was not helpful with directions around the city. Rapport was poor when troubleshooting Internet downtimes. Had to retrieve your own linens and towels.”
