• Spacious, quite, comfortable room.
• Ceiling stained, room carpet seemed old.

“Good location outside Memphis with easy access to tourist spots. The room was very quite and comfortable. It did, however, need updating.”

• Excellent customer service.
• Location is not easily accessed, dangerous to exit driveway on busy street.

“The customer service was great. The facilities were good, but the location makes it difficult to access. It is also dangerous to exit out of the driveway onto a busy street with vehicles traveling in excess of 50 mph.”

• The price.
• The attitude of the staff was very average in taking care of the customer.

“Nice room. Clean. The hotel was sold-out and the staff did not have the best attitude. It just seemed like the staff had the attitude of punching a clock. But what do you expect in Memphis!”

• I liked the friendliness of the workers in the hotel.
• It was sort of old fashioned in relationship to design; such as, furniture, carpet etc.

“This hotel did meet my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. It has a great location, the employees are friendly and the service was great.”

• The lobby area was pretty.
• The rooms were in need of remodeling.

“This hotel had excellent ratings so I was looking forward to staying here, however I was extremely disappointed. Rooms were not nice at all. The carpet was extremely soiled. This hotel was not comfortable to stay in.”

• Staff was accommodating and responded to all needs promptly.
• Nothing.

“I was very happy with this hotel. The hubby, kids, and mother in law were all pleases. the kids enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay there again. It was easy to find, the lobby was welcoming and any calls for towels, pillows, etc was met promptly. I was in a cast and the staff upgraded my room to accommodate my difficulties with sleeping.”

“The bathroom was not clean. The bed was broken in and had a valley in it. 2 stars is generous. It looks like is used to be nice but is not now.”

• Nice clean room.
• Location is difficult to get into. Had to loop around the street every time.

“It is a very nice hotel to stay at the one downfall is the location. It is easy to spot from the interstate but it takes an extra 1/2 mile loop to get to it thanks to the road configuration.”

• It is family friendly which I love and also the staff was very friendly to be an out of Towner I felt very welcome they made our stay a great one.
• Everything was wonderful.

• The whirlpool was good.
• Shabby, rundown facilities and decor.

“This hotel was a disappointment for a 3*. Although located off I-240 it is difficult to get to due to the fact that you must circle around it to reach the entrance. Very confusing. The rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. Carpet was worn and appeared to be damp in places. Shower curtain looked moldy. Heat/air unit was rusted.”

• Room was spacious and clean. Overall appearance was excellent.
• Needing some minor maintenance - bathroom door knob loose.

“Excellent location - convenient to the interstate highway without being too close. Was quiet, bed was very comfortable, linens were perfect, overall was a very nice stay. The meals were a little pricey so we just ate elsewhere.”

• One of the front desk clerks was exceedingly friendly and helpful about recommendations.

“It was located in a great spot. There was easy access to places we went. The room was spacious and the fitness center was a plus.”

• Very nice hotel.
• No problem with hotel, only boys (basketball).

“Very nice hotel, kids will be kids. We have taken groups before. We were responsible for them and made them stay in their rooms. The hall smelled really bad from the boys, but the hotel took care of the smell. The boys were running up and down the halls until 3 am.”

• Room service was not available according to what menu said and they were not helpful.

“This hotel is in serious need of updating and renovation. Front desk staff very friendly, but room service was not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Memphis. I said at a Marriott Courtyard that was a lot nicer. This hotel had no on demand movies or and TV's were old.”

• It was clean and the staff was very accommodating.
• We found water in one of the glasses that was supposedly clean and my 20 month old drank from it. Thank goodness it was just water!

“Overall, this hotel was very nice and conveniently located. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. Room service is only available until 9:00 pm, a little later would be nice.”
