  • Good breakfast selection.
  • The room key never worked.

“The original room we were given had people still in it so was obviously never inspected to have been cleaned as well as we were put on the smoking floor when we indicated nonsmoking. the manager left early that day when there was a big party and should have been there anyway. when we were given a new room the key never worked and every time we went out we had to flag down the maintenance man to let us in. we tried to order food but the hotel only had one listing of a restaurant that delivered and no other suggestions. That location was not answering when we called to place an order. The ice machine didn't work. We had see through sheers as our window coverings on the ground floor seeing out to the parking lot. We were constantly awakened by cars light beams pulling in and out of parking spaces. this was an overall horrible experience. The staff was nice and trying to be accommodating with the issues we had but nothing was ever correctly resolved nor did we ever see a manager.”

  • The beds were super comfortable.
  • Wall are too thin; could hear the neighbors all night.

“This is a good hotel with good service. The rooms were comfortable, especially the beds. I was actually surprised at the condition of the hotel. I expected a little less especially since Katrina did so much damage in that area. I would recommend this to anyone.”
