• There wasn't very much that I liked about the hotel.
• The hotel was dirty and run down. The area felt unsafe. The rooms were moldy and mildewed.

• Spacious room, and the lobby was inviting.
• The hotel stunk, the tub was molded, awful side of neighborhood.

“If you stay in Memphis and want to stay by the airport. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the next exit with Drury ends, Cracker Barrel, Target, Texas Road House, it looked a whole lot nicer and safer!”

• The staff was just great, due to blackout they had to overcome many obstacles.

“Location was great, really close to the airport, interstate as well as restaurants. Workout room was nice and roomy. The staff really helpful, and handled the crisis of the blackout like champs. They were able to keep even the most upset guest somewhat happy.”

“We got to the hotel and the first thing that greeted us is this stench. The person who checked us in merely had his lines memorized. He seemed like he couldn't care less. The room was boring to say the least, with peeling wallpaper and a hideous shower head, that you'd be afraid to shower in (rusted and not shiny at all). It is far from the home away from home concept. It should be called a big motel, not a hotel. The room was dusty, the faucets looked like they were haphazardly cleaned. Cracks on stair steps in the lobby leading to the rooms. Oh and a smell like that of bad body odor in the only elevator that seemed to be used, that I'd rather take the stairs. This is the first time I have had this experience. By the way, my husband may have lost his titanium watch. I've called twice and so far have not received a call back.”

• It had a bed and working shower.
• Wall paper peeling off the walls. No bath towels. No TV remote.

“I would not stay, nor recommend anyone else stay in this hotel. The area it is in is extremely rough in fact the hotel has security guards walking the property to protect the guest's cars and to stop break-ins to the rooms. The room we had had the wall paper peeling off the walls with packing tape put on to hold the wall paper on. The tiles in the bath room sweat and are extremely slippery and it took us an hour to get the hotel staff to bring us some bath towels. The mattress was broken down and very uncomfortable and we didn't even have a TV remote when we arrived. When one was brought to our room it didn't work properly. We have better experiences in lesser hotels. All I can say that is good about this hotel is, it's a place where one can sleep and bathe. Motel 6 would've probably been better.”

• There were too many people just hanging around, that were not guest of the hotel nor employees it was very intimidating as you entered the hotel.

“When we arrived and checked in we were not given the correct room directions. When we found our room the key that we were given did not work because the lock was broken. They switched us to a different room, there was dirt and hair in the bathtub I ended up having to clean myself, when we woke we found water all over the floor and couldn't figure out where it was coming from until we sat on the toilet to use it and it began dripping on our heads, I looked up to see a pocket of water on the ceiling and water dripping from the cracks.”
