• I did not like this hotel at all
• overall location, cleanliness-phone in room did not work-shower did not work

“This was the absolute worst experience I have had at a hotel. The rooms were not clean. I did not like the location and nothing seemed to be in working condition.”

• Renovation of room
• pool needs better maintainance, breakfast lacking

“The LaQuinta on Crowder was surrounded by a high fence and the entrance to the property was a narrow ally type complete with police barricade.Those who are security conscience would freak out. Pool needs quality maintainance. Continenetal Breakfast needs improvement. Still a real value.”

• Rooms were typical LaQuinta rooms.
• OUTSIDE ACCESS TO ROOMS. More Motor-Lodge than hotel.

“I enjoyed my stay at the LaQuinta. The rooms were very much like other LaQuintas. I did not know nor did I appreciate staying at an outdoor access hotel. I prefer access to rooms to be from within the hotel--for safety and other reasons.”

• Mold in swimming pool, moldy-black soot in bathrooms, bed spread-carpet reeked

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was extremely embarrassed bringing my sister and her husband (who just returned home from IRAQ) for a 2 day getaway. My nieces and daughters feet were black on the bottom from walking on the carpet in the adjoining rooms.”
