• The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast and snack were great.
• The pull out couch was horrible and the pool was very cold.

“We thought the hotel was great. The only complaint I had was that the pool was way too cold to be an indoor pool. Also the pull out couch was so uncomfortable my husband and
I ended up letting the kids sleep with us in the king size bed.”

• Hotel staff was
  very friendly and accommodating.
• Hotel room was non-smoking, but smelled of smoke and had large cigarette burn in comforter.

“Nice hotel, enjoyed complimentary happy hour and refreshments. Was moved to a different room, which had non-working refrigerator, which was a necessity for travel with a 1-year old (milk). Our milk ruined while we were out and the hotel offered to reimburse for milk, as well as give money back for room.”
