• Not quite as clean as I would expect for 3 star.

• In room internet access.
• Directions to hotel were not good.

• Bed and linens were comfortable, clean, and I slept so well!
• Front desk staff was not helpful, gave no direction, snack machine prices were robbery.

“I would stay there again because I'm certain the night front desk clerk that checked us in when we arrived has probably been fired by now. Beds were great, linens were fine, very clean, secure locked lot for car.”

• Delightful Staff -- and good selection of snack foods.
• linens for sofabed are NOT stored in the room. But they were quickly delivered.

• Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly.
• Everything was good.

“Very clean friendly staff. Customer service was excellent. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel in Memphis. When we decided to go this time I didn't even look for another location or another hotel.”

• I think it had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on.
• Wish it had a continental breakfast.

• The staff were phenomenal. They were always eager to help in any way.
• There was not a restaurant open for lunch and supper.

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They made my mother and I feel right at home.”

• The man working the front counter that evening was wonderful!

• As I checked in the hotel staff girl was very nice and accommodating.
• The jets that flew overhead vibrated the room! But, that couldn't be helped.

“I was very impressed by the check in girl. She made the stay wonderful. She was a delight.”
