• Breakfast was good.

“This was a very basic hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were thin. The staff was friendly, but the overall comfort of the hotel was poor.”

• It was near Graceland. If we weren't leaving the day that we went to Graceland, we could have walked.
• The beds were too hard.

“Overall really good. The continental breakfast was really good, very good variety of breakfast foods and drinks. Really good family atmosphere for people who love Elvis!”

“It was very convenient for the attractions we were visiting. The atmosphere (decor) was uplifting. The vehicle parking that was available to us at the hotel while we were visiting our attraction was a big plus.”

• Cute Elvis decor added fun twist to the visual atmosphere.
• Very loud in my room because of connecting door between rooms. Questionable street people walking around hotel. Possibly dangerous.

“I would be more likely to use the hotel again if I didn't have a thin door connecting my room with the next door room and if there wasn't hair in the shower.”

• I loved the mattress!
• No one answers the phone.

“The atmosphere in the entrance is great, the staff is friendly, the parking stinks, and the room (floor) was not very clean, the breakfast was slim.”

• Of course I liked the Elvis theme! and the guitar shaped pool the beds were also very comfortable.
• There was a dead ant on the plastic tray which the coffee maker and cups etc were on. food vending machine was empty, advertised with vending machines.

“Overall it was a good experience since we spent only one night. However, it was not the cleanest, there was a dead ant on the coffee tray, there were industrial Rubbermaid trash cans in the hall our room was in, but everything else seemed to be tidy. Other than that everything was nice. The staff seemed friendly enough and the rooms were comfortable. Graceland is also right across the street which is nice for any Elvis fan.”

• The Elvis theme and it was beside Graceland.
• It is kind of in a rough neighborhood.

“The Elvis theme was great; it is next door to Graceland. The neighborhood is a little rough; most businesses have bars covering their windows. A homeless person actually asked us for money when we were walking downs the corridor! The rooms are all accessed from outside.”

• Front desk staff was not friendly or very helpful.

“I would stay here again, because it was clean and the location was great. I was very skeptical because other Days Inn that I have stayed at in Missouri was not this nice.”

• Never gave us towels after first night.

• The hotel is located in a bad part of town.

“I enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff was great! Although, it is located in a rough area of town, it is gated & I wasn't too worried. Very convenient if you are going to Graceland.”

• Hotel was good as long as you stayed on the premises.
• Unsafe neighborhood, the store that sold souvenirs next door to the hotel had a sign knock after dark. Whats that tell you.

“I called to cancel my second night and confirmed the cancellation with the hotel clerk upon arrival.”

“A great value if you want to be close to Graceland. Doors lead to the outside and someone knock on our door at 4am wanting to use the phone. The area is very well lit but I¿d prefer a more secure hotel especially with children.”

“Cozy and convenient, it was nicer than I thought it would be. Very Elvis! Enjoyed the staff and they recommended a great BBQ place down the street, gave us good directions, and a discount to eat there. We really enjoyed our stay.”

• No available shuttle.

“I was very disappointed the day of our departure. I was told that there would be a free shuttle to the airport at 3:30 p.m. I checked with the hotel clerk (Juanita) at 2:45 p.m. To remind her that I would need to go as soon as the driver arrived in order to catch my flight. At this time, she informed me that the driver would not be coming in and I would need to get a cab. I feel she should have told me when she found out this information as I was sitting in the lobby where she was. It took the cab over an hour to arrive for my pickup to the airport. This was a very stressful time as I feared I would miss my flight. It was also a fare that I was not prepared to pay. I will most likely find a different hotel for my next stay in Graceland due to this treatment.”

“If visiting Graceland, this is a very convenient location. The rooms are average but clean. I never did find the hot water for my morning tea, and the only person in that area kept disappearing before I could ask her.”
