• it stinks, delapidated, ghetto environment, one way entrance & exit,

“The hotel is ok for the lowest price you can pay. It is located next to an access road wherein the hotel blocked other entrance/exit way except that one facing the access road. There's only one way to get in or out. It is acrss a mall/plaza like Sears, Mervyns, Dillards & a huga vacant lot at the back & side. It is well-lighted at night. When you come in the hotel, you can smell a blaned of mold-humid-stale odor that Hotel staff try to cover with some "sanitizing chemical" that makes you eyes teary and nose, nauseated. If not for the view, I'll stay in a motel next to it for half the price. Nice building but it has been so abused and neglected that they should tear it down and build a new one.”

• The hotel had an odor and the customer service was awful.

“Although it was an old hotel, it wasn't clean and I didn't feel comfortable having my children there. I was very disappointed with my stay there.”
