• Room was plenty spacious.
• Advertised having a blow dryer and did not provide one.

“When my wife went to the front counter to ask for a blow dryer which was advertised to be provided, the attendant said that a few of the rooms blow dryers had been stolen and that they just haven't replaced them yet. The front counter attendant made no effort to find us one, offer to go get one, offer a discount, or even so much as give a simple apology.”
