• The beds were very comfortable.
• The bathroom was dirty.

“The bathtub appeared to be dirty when we arrived. There weren't enough towels in the room, when I called for more towels I was told I would need to go to the front desk to get more towels, because housekeeping had gone home for the day. I had to go next door to the drugstore to buy bathroom cleaner to clean the tub.”

• Very nice TV and shower. Clean. Nice pool.
• We had a bus load of noisy travelers that showed up and took over the pool area so we didnt use it.

“This hotel was located only a short drive from Downtown New Orleans. It was very easy to find. The staff is friendly, and the room was very clean. We had a flat panel TV in the room which was a nice surprise!”

“Although we visit LA quite often, this was our first time staying at this particular hotel. The area was great and the room was very clean. Will most likely stay here again.”

• Bedroom was clean and comfortable. The room appeared to be newly remodeled. Call contractor to complete punchlist.
• Internet was terrible. A must for business travelers.

“Pretty nice, but needs attention in a couple of area's. Internet connection was horrible. Wireless was non existent and hard wire seemed like dial up. The room was clean and comfortable.”

• I loved the convenience, comfort of the room, cleanliness, and services available. Above all the security of the hotel.

“The Best Western Westbank was totally awesome. Its pool area is like a resort. Everything about this hotel was fantastic! I am a person who is concerned about cleanliness and I can say that this hotel should have the rate of a 3.5 star. I really did not expect it to be as wonderful as it was. I recommend this hotel to many. Located next to a fantastic restaurant (Copelands) and there are several other restaurants nearby. It really was a wonderful place to stay.”

• Excellent location, great staff, very clean room, outstanding hotel.
• Non smoking room, but smoke from adjacent room could be smelled.

“This is my second stay here. Very good price. This is one of the best hotels located in New Orleans. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone.”
